I was doing some work in my office, suddenly my phone rung,
I saw it was Raj who called me. I picked the phone and said,” Yes Raj! How are
you? He replied,”I am good, actually I have got some important news regarding
Reet, so meet me at same café in the evening. I said,” Okay, I will be there on
the time. I was so curious to know what Raj has got regarding Reet. In the
evening I went there in the café, Raj was waiting for me. I sat on the chair
and he ordered for 2 coffees. I asked him,” what the news Raj regarding Reet?
He said,” I have come to know from a source that our company is dealing with a
company who are going to hack the software details of a branded company, and
from the last 5 years they are working for them. Eventually Reet was also hired
for this purpose but he denied this offer and next day he committed suicide. I
was terribly shocked after hearing such news. I asked Raj,” are you sure about
this info? I mean how we can prove that this fact is truth? He said,” I have
got a CD which has all the recordings of the meeting between our company and
that company for which our company is doing this illegal task. Now I was pretty
sure that there must be some sort of connection between Reet’s death and this
company.
I requested Raj to take care of that CD and get some more
details about this company’s illegal tasks. When we were about to leave the
café, I saw the owner of the Raj’s Company moving towards the parking, I
decided to chase him. I hired an auto and instructed him to chase the car.
After half an hour Raj’s owner parked his car in a hotel parking, I also
stopped the auto and left him and decided to check where he was going in the
hotel? While chasing him, I found that he was going in a bar. A man was already
waiting for him. I also joined a seat nearby their table. I was trying to hear
their talks but all went in vein. Suddenly an old trick came into my mind; I
switched on the recorder of my mobile and gently slighted it towards their
table. I was hoping that I must get some important news, after few minutes they
shacked their hands and left from the bar. I picked my phone and rushed behind
that owner. Once again I was chasing him through my taxi. This time he stopped
his car infront of a house. He looked here and there and then he get entered
the house. I also followed him, suddenly I saw a window opened and when I look
through the window I saw the Company’s Owner was talking to a man. I tried to
hear the conversation and this time I was able to hear the conversation
clearly. The company’s owner was shouting on the man and said,” We don’t have
enough time now, from last 5 years we are serving that company and now we have
just 2 days deadlines otherwise you will also get killed like they did with
Reet. I was shocked to hear this and then the company’s owner gave him a pen
drive and told him that,” All the instructions are inside this pen drive so
complete the assign tasks by tomorrow and he leave from the home.
Now I was sure that there was some mystery behind Reet’s
death and now I have some prove as well but they were quite okay to prove my
point in front of the police. I also moved from that place and called Raj and
told him the entire conversation which I heard. He told me to take the cab
towards Plaza mall and he will be waiting for me there, then we can plan
something to get the justice. I took the cab for the same destination, there I
saw Raj waiting for me. We went in a cyber café, there he plugged in the CD
which he was having with him to check what’s inside the CD media and what we
saw was shocking. That CD contains a recording of the same company where they
were discussing planning to execute the software trial which will be a clone of
top notch company. Soon they will distribute the same pirated software in order
to damage the reputation and brand value of that company. That company is a
Leading Indian software company and will get harmed through those pirated
software. Now all the matter was clear to us, just only 1 confusion was in mind
that why they killed Reet? Then I remembered about that torn page of the Reet’s
Diary.
Then Raj asked me,” Varsha what to do now? Shall we proceed
to the police along with this CD, so that they can arrest them? I said,” NO, do
you think they will get locked so easily? They must be having good approach with
the police and might be with political persons too, that’s why they are plotting
such big scandal. Then what should we do?” Raj asked to me. I told him that we
will call your owner and will threat him that we have all the evidence of their
scam and we also know that you guys Killed Reet, he didn’t commit suicide. Raj
was agreed on this with me. He called him and briefs the same speech to his own
boss. His boss replied,” what do you want from me? He said,” a good amount of
money in order to keep this secret forever. His boss said okay meet me 9 PM tonight
at the rocker valley. We both were happy that we have trapped him in our net.
But my mind was also working on some strong trap so that me
and Raj won’t face any danger in this mission. I called one of my media friend
and told him the entire story. He says,” It can cause both of you some sort of
danger so let make a proper plan and execute that so that we can prove that
they are guilty? We reached rovers valley in the evening, before the time which
was settle with Raj’s Boss. My media friend installed cam’s with mike in some
places so that we can record each and every thing. Then we called the police so that they can be
the witness of entire incident. It was looking like a filmy climax. It was just about to 9 o’clock when we all
took our positions. Police and my media friend were hidden under the tree’s
shed. At sharp 9 o’clock Raj Boss arrived and he was searching for us; me and
Raj with our covered faces walked
towards him. He said,” who the hell are you? From where you got the evidences
and why should I believe that you have real evidences? Raj said in anger voice,”
let us distribute these to the media then next moment you will realize that we
were right and were speaking truth. He can’t take the chances so he said,”
Okay! Tell me how much amount you want in exchange. Raj said,” 5 Crore and we
knew it a little amount for you to pay us. I said,” I will call my men, they
will bring such big amount with them within an hour. Raj said,’Okay call them
now to bring the amount now, right here. He called his mens, told the same and
disconnected the phone. While waiting for the money, as planned Raj asked his
boss,” there is still a question, how you killed Reet? I mean you killed him we
have the evidence but why other peoples thought he committed suicide? Now you
can share the mystery with us, as now we are also your partner in this crime?
He smiled and says,” That’s called the intelligence my
friends. Actually when Reet came in the office for documentation process, we
told him what he is going to do with us. He will be our partner in this scam.
He was very brilliant in IT Technology but he denied our offer and threatened us
to reveal this infront of police and media. So from his CV we got his address
and we went to his home in the night and saw that Reet is writing his daily
personal diary. We moved through him without making any noice and entered an
empty syringe on his neck, which takes away his life. Then we hanged up on the
fan and then I noticed that he has written the whole plan which we discussed
with him in the office. I teared that page from his diary and next day people
thought that Reet has committed suicide. I thought in my mind, that’s why the
last page of Reet’s diary was torned? Raj and me uncovered our faces, and
seeing Raj’s Face his boss shouted,” Raj, you here. Now I understand why you
went to my cabin in my absence from there only you got the CD. Give it back to
me otherwise I will shoot you both and he took his pistol on his hands. Suddenly
Police announced drop your gun and surrender yourself. The Police has trapped
you from all around. He saw and found that police has trapped him from all
around. He says but what I have done? You guys have no evidence, then my media friend
showed his the cams which were hidden on the many spots. My friend said,” we
have recorded and captured the entire conversation in it, that how you planned
to kill Reet and which scam you were running through your company.
The police arrested him and thanked us. I thanked Raj for
his help and for the evidence which he got from his office to help me in this
case.
Next day, the entire media and news were flowing about this
scam. I was very happy that I helped an innocent family to get justice for their
only son, who was manipulated by a greedy boss. His family was also happy that
they can feel proud on their son. Their son gave away his life for his country
and not to involve in such scam where he was offered the huge money. But for
his self esteem, neither he left the company with their offer even tried to
bring out this scam in front of all, but he lost his life while doing this.
World is filled with many hero’s who survived every day with
such incidents, some fall down very easily in the race of competition and earn
lots of money in short span of time and some peoples fight with their whole
strength to save the future generation and Reet was one of them.
